The new sleep cycle alarm clock patented app for Android and Apple, was developed by a medical scientist and neurologist.
The new Weight Loss Alarm Clock app is helping individuals lose fat, and excess weight by reducing stress and cortisol while sleeping.
The patented "The Weight Loss Alarm Clock" app for Android and Apple devices is the brainchild of a neuro scientist who took notice of a study from the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Denmark, which showed that even a wake-up call from a conventional alarm clock, could put the human body under unhealthy stress and Cortisol.
?The study also revealed that higher and more prolonged levels of cortisol in the bloodstream in the morning had negative effects on individuals.
